• Travel to customers’ homes to diagnose and repair major gas and electric appliances (ovens, cooktops, refrigerators, etc.) to ensure first‑time resolution within an agreed region.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and rectify as required.
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide a positive service experience.
• Advise customers on correct product operation to enable proper use.
• Soft‑sell products such as accessories, service plans, and maintenance plans – training provided.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date van stock of parts and safeguard against damage.
• Use B‑apps (B‑tooling, B‑fixing, and B‑informing) for paperwork and documentation.
• Ensure every job is completed with care, professionalism, and safety.

• High School Diploma or GED with 3‑5 years of appliance repair experience, or transferable skills from electrical, HVAC, or mechanical trades.
• Organized and able to complete multiple service calls in a timely manner while delivering high customer service.
• Provide updates and progress to manager on service requests.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook.
• Solid diagnostic, troubleshooting skills and basic math proficiency.
• Customer‑first mindset with strong professional communication and written skills.
• Ability to explain repairs to customers logically.
• Self‑starter able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a company‑provided vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds or more.

Pay range: $25.52 – $34.03 per hour (location dependent). Bonuses or incentives up to 200% of target, details in plan document.
