Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Responsibilities

* Perform routine inspections and maintenance of dealership buildings and grounds

* Complete general repairs including plumbing, electrical, lighting, and basic HVAC troubleshooting

* Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of service areas, showroom, and exterior spaces

* Address work orders and maintenance requests in a timely manner

* Monitor and maintain equipment such as lifts, compressors, and shop tools

* Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when necessary

* Ensure compliance with safety standards and dealership procedures

* Assist with facility improvements, projects, and preventative maintenance schedules
