** Pay Range:** $30-$45/hour (DOE)
** What's the Job?*
* + Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on commercial and industrial HVAC systems
+ Diagnose system issues and make independent service decisions in the field
+ Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and customer standards
+ Communicate with customers and internal teams on service needs and updates
+ Maintain high productivity while working with minimal supervision
** What's Needed?*
* + Valid EPA certification required
+ 7+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
+ Strong troubleshooting and independent decision-making skills
+ Experience working on large commercial or industrial systems (chillers a plus)
+ Must pass background check, drug screen, and MVR screening
