As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a critical role behind the scenes—ensuring our dealership environment supports both customers and employees every day.

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of dealership buildings and grounds
• Complete general repairs including plumbing, electrical, lighting, and basic HVAC troubleshooting
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of service areas, showroom, and exterior spaces
• Address work orders and maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Monitor and maintain equipment such as lifts, compressors, and shop tools
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when necessary
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and dealership procedures
• Assist with facility improvements, projects, and preventative maintenance schedules

• Previous facilities maintenance or general repair experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
• Reliable, dependable, and team‑oriented mindset
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and pre‑employment drug screen.
