Job Responsibilities
**** Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical vehicle concerns
* Perform engine, transmission, suspension, brake, and drivability repairs
* Complete recalls, warranty repairs, and manufacturer‐specific services
* Accurately document repair orders and diagnostic findings
* Use manufacturer diagnostic tools and service information
* Follow Jeep repair standards and dealership procedures
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
* Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians

*** Mainline Technician Qualifications
**** Previous mainline technician experience required
* Jeep certification strongly preferred (or willingness to obtain)
* Strong diagnostic and problem‐solving skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a flat‐rate environment
* Commitment to quality repairs and customer satisfaction
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
* Professional, dependable, and team‐oriented attitude
* Must provide own tools and diagnostic equipment
* Corporate requirements:
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
