- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical vehicle concerns
- Perform engine, transmission, suspension, brake, and drivability repairs
- Complete warranty work, recalls, and manufacturer-specific services

- Utilize Ford diagnostic software and service information systems
- Follow Ford repair standards and dealership procedures
