Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician for a direct hire opportunity in Tucson, AZ. This role is ideal for a dependable technician with strong troubleshooting skills, hands‑on HVAC experience, and a commitment to quality service.
As an HVAC Technician, you will install, maintain, diagnose, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and/or light commercial customers throughout Tucson and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities- Install, service, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, heat pumps, and related equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and system performance issues efficiently and accurately.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance, inspections, and system checks to ensure proper operation.
- Communicate with customers professionally and explain recommended repairs or service findings clearly.
- Complete work in accordance with safety standards, manufacturer specifications, and local codes.
- Maintain accurate job records, service documentation, and required paperwork.
- Salary range: $40,000 to $50,000 per year, based on experience.
