Maintenance Tech

The Maintenance Tech performs general maintenance duties/functions of a healthcare facility. These include simple carpentry, electrical maintenance, pipe fitting, plumbing tasks as well as replacing light bulbs, painting/patchwork, grounds keeping, lubricating and performing simple maintenance on machines and equipment and other general maintenance as required. May include fixing, repairing and performing and troubleshooting on boilers, heat pumps, air-conditioning, chillers and refrigeration units and/or assisting/monitoring other parties while they provide on-site service.

Qualifications:

Preferably one year experience in facilities/plant operations. Must be 21 years of age and able to obtain/maintain an AZ Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card. Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
