Lead Painter

Full-time, 40 hours per week with potential for overtime

Standard workweek is Monday through Friday

Typical project start times are 8:00 AM or 9:00 AM

• Pay range: $23 to $27 per hour, depending on experience

• Perform interior, exterior, and cabinet painting for residential and commercial properties
• Meet project timelines while maintaining high quality standards
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every job
• Complete required job site documentation accurately and timely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate effectively with team members and leadership

• Minimum of 2 years of professional painting experience required
• Ability to consistently arrive on time and adhere to schedules
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and insurable status
• Ability to perform physically demanding work with energy and endurance

• Experience leading job sites, crews, or small teams
• Ability to coach, train, and support less experienced painters
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and guide others to meet quality and timeline expectations
