Lead Painter
Full-time, 40 hours per week with potential for overtime
Standard workweek is Monday through Friday
Typical project start times are 8:00 AM or 9:00 AM

- Perform interior, exterior, and cabinet painting for residential and commercial properties
- Meet project timelines while maintaining high quality standards

- Complete required job site documentation accurately and timely
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate effectively with team members and leadership
- Minimum of 2 years of professional painting experience required
- Ability to consistently arrive on time and adhere to schedules
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and insurable status
- Ability to perform physically demanding work with energy and endurance
- Experience leading job sites, crews, or small teams
- Ability to coach, train, and support less experienced painters
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and guide others to meet quality and timeline expectations
