Systems Integration Service Technician

Technician/Installer – Tucson, AZ

This individual will be responsible for installation of commercial electronic security systems such as access control systems, CCTV/video monitoring, intrusion alarm systems,  systems, intercoms/emergency phones, and parking control/turnstiles from start to finish. The role also includes interacting with customers, vendors, and other service providers to troubleshoot potential issues and discuss technological trends.

• Installation of Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Intercom, Emergency Phone, and Parking Revenue Systems
• Interact with Customers, Vendors, and other Contractors on-site to coordinate successful installations
• Drive to the jobsites per manager instruction, assess installation or repair needs and complete repair to customer satisfaction
• Consistently seek and promote business opportunities for service, sales, and preventative maintenance contracts; acquire knowledge of all products
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure the job site is cleaned and free of debris after work
• Complete job tickets and timesheets in a timely manner; ensure all tickets are processed and timesheets reach payroll before cut-off
• Collect cash on delivery when applicable; notify management if there are collection issues or scope changes
• Maintain truck inventory and possess knowledge of parts, part numbers and descriptions
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager

Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM with willingness to work overtime, weekends, or emergency on-call rotations. Start and end times may vary based on business needs, including potential shifts starting as early as 5:00 AM.

• 2–4 years of experience installing electronic security systems for commercial facilities (preferred)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Electro/mechanical aptitude
• Understanding of relay logic
• Basic networking skills
