• Deliver top‑notch garage door installation, maintenance, and repair services for residential, commercial, and industrial customers in the greater Arizona metro area.
• Perform detailed inspections and ensure all work meets safety codes and exceeds customer expectations.
• Keep accurate records of jobs—notes, photos, diagrams—for smooth operations and follow‑ups.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
• Identify customer needs and provide product recommendations and upgrades where appropriate.
• Uphold the company’s reputation for safety, integrity, and exceptional service.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Mechanical aptitude; garage door experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and use basic tools.
• Great attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using tablets and basic tech tools (experience with Service Titan is a bonus).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay Range: $50,000 - $80,000 USD
