Wasatch Property Management is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician in Tucson, AZ, to maintain the safety and functionality of the property. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues, performing routine inspections, and responding promptly to service requests.
Candidates should have experience with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance, and be able to effectively communicate with residents and team members. Relevant certifications and property maintenance experience are a plus.
