• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machinery, including complex 5-axis machines.
• Perform machine leveling, alignment, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, electronic, and software-related issues.
• Respond to machine-down situations with urgency to minimize customer downtime.
• Complete accurate service documentation and reports after each visit.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding arrival times, repair progress, and service completion.
• Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain company tools, vehicle, and equipment in excellent condition.
• Stay current on new technologies through ongoing training and education.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

• Minimum 3 years of experience servicing CNC machinery.
• Experience working on one or more of the following:
• CNC Machines
• HAAS
• Makino
• Okuma
• Mills
• Lathes
• Working knowledge of FANUC and HAAS controllers.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and service documentation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
