Starting Wage: $35.23 per hour.

U.S. citizenship required. An active Department of Defense Secret clearance must be obtained and maintained on day one.

• Work on high voltage switch gear and related equipment.
• Interpret schematics, blueprints, diagrams, and verbal instructions.
• Install, test, maintain, and repair industrial and facility electrical and electronic equipment, systems, mechanisms, assemblies, and controls in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Diagnose failures or malfunctions using precision measuring instruments.
• Maintain equipment such as resistance welding machines, numerically controlled equipment, machine tools, robotics, automated retrieval systems, P.A. systems, time clocks, central recorders, fire alarm systems, autocall, paperless systems, shop-floor control systems, and related components.
• Perform preventive maintenance as required.
• Carry out incidental duties normally performed by other trades.
• Follow all operating procedures, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
• Identify and tag discrepant parts and materials, determine causes, make minor adjustments, and take corrective action as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, removing trash, cleaning or replacing filters, routine inspections, and fluid level checks.

• Minimum five years of Journeyman level experience and/or completion of an approved apprenticeship program.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.
