Systems Integration Field Service Technician

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking an experienced Technician/Installer in our Tucson, AZ location to install commercial electronic security systems such as Access Control, CCTV/Video Monitoring, Intrusion Alarm Systems,  Systems, Intercoms/Emergency Phones, and Parking Control/Turnstiles from start to finish. You will also interact with customers, vendors, and other service providers to troubleshoot potential issues and discuss trends in the field.

• Installation of Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Intercom, Emergency Phone, and Parking Revenue Systems
• Interact with Customers, Vendors, and other Contractors on-site to properly coordinate successful installations
• Drive to the jobsites as instructed by the manager, assess customers’ installation or service/repair needs, and complete the repair of the product to the customer’s satisfaction
• Consistently seek and promote business opportunities for service, sales, and preventative maintenance contracts; acquire knowledge of all products
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure the job site is clean and clear of debris after each day’s work
• Complete all job tickets and time sheets in a timely manner, ensuring they reach the payroll department before cutoff
• Collect CODs when applicable; call management if a problem occurs with the collection or scope of work changes
• Maintain inventory on truck and keep knowledge of all parts, part numbers and descriptions
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager

Standard work hours:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 A.M.

- 4:00 P.M. Overtime, weekends, and on‑call rotations may be required. Shifts may start as early as 5:00 A.M. depending on business needs.

• 2 - 4 years of experience installing electronic security systems for commercial facilities (preferred)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Electro/mechanical aptitude
• Understanding of relay logic
• Basic networking skills
