Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance as directed by supervisor;
Conduct general carpentry tasks such as wallboard repair, counter top/cabinet replacement, and door/lock repairs;
Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion to satisfaction;
Inspect property grounds, buildings, and common areas for safety and cleanliness; address issues as needed;
Assist with property emergencies (snow, fires, floods) and participate in on-call after-hours maintenance
