You will start each day equipped with a company vehicle and uniform, ready to maintain and repair plumbing systems throughout Tucson. Your role will involve installing pipes and fixtures, troubleshooting and solving plumbing issues, and working in a variety of conditions, including climbing ladders, entering attics, and withstanding the Arizona heat. You will work collaboratively with a team that values exceptional customer service, all while developing your skills through training and hands-on experience provided by Fusion Plumbing and Air.

As a Plumbing Installer, you will work a full-time schedule with availability for rotating nights and weekends, ensuring that our clients always receive top-tier service when they need it most.

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to withstand heat conditions, climb ladders, and enter attics if needed
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well on a team and be a self-starter
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Leadership qualities and enjoys working with a team
• Interest and willingness to learn new ideas, methods, and perspectives
• Prior field experience (preferred)
