Desert Wolf Developers is a family‑owned, KB‑2 licensed general contractor growing fast across the Phoenix metro. We are looking for tradespeople and team members who take their work seriously and want to grow with a company that actually gives a damn.

We are not a big company with an HR department and a mission statement on the wall. We are three brothers who built something real and want the right people to build it with us.

We cover each other. No one is left behind on a job and no one gets thrown under the bus with a client. We win and fail as a team.

We do not cut corners to save time. Every project gets the same standard whether it is a $20K remodel or a $200K addition.

If you built it, your name is on it. We want craftspeople who take pride in what they leave behind on a job site.

We are a young company growing fast. The people who join early will grow with us — crew leads become project managers, coordinators become partners.

No HR speak. If something is wrong we say it directly. If you do good work we say that too. Respect goes both directions, always.

Lead a framing crew on residential additions and new construction projects across the Phoenix metro. You will be responsible for layout, plate reading, and keeping the job on schedule.

• 4+ years residential framing experience
• Ability to read architectural and structural plans
• Experience leading a crew of 3–6
• OSHA 10 preferred (we will sponsor OSHA 30)
• Reliable transportation to job sites

• Familiarity with Phoenix permit process

Install trim, doors, cabinets, and millwork on fix‑and‑flip and residential remodel projects. We move fast and build to a high standard — this role is for someone who takes pride in the details.

• 3+ years finish carpentry experience
• Proficiency with door and window installation
• Cabinet and counter top installation experience
• Own hand tools required
• Clean work ethic, no call‑no‑show tolerance

• Custom millwork or built‑in experience
• Experience on flip timelines

Support the Lopez brothers across multiple active projects — scheduling subs, tracking material orders, managing permit timelines, and keeping clients informed. The connective tissue of the operation.

• 2+ years in construction project coordination or office management
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and project tracking tools

• Experience with Buildertrend, CoConstruct, or similar
• Background in real estate or property management
