Main Street Renewal is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to respond to and repair property issues identified by residents across the branch market. The role reports to the Maintenance Lead, Supervisor, or Manager and is full-time in the field.
Candidates should have 2–3 years of maintenance experience, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. A valid driver's license is required, and distance travel to properties is expected.
