Cool Willy's is looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Technician to join our growing team in Tucson, Arizona. If you’re a skilled technician who thrives in commercial environments and takes pride in solving complex refrigeration and HVAC challenges, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll DoAs a Commercial Technician, you will service, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including:
- Chillers
- VRF / VRV systems
- Walk-in coolers & walk-in freezers
- Refrigerated warehouses
- Low-temperature refrigeration applications
- Mini-split systems
- Packaged & split systems
- Reach-in coolers
- Ice machines
- Draft & beer systems
- Restaurant exhaust hoods
You’ll work independently or with a team to deliver high-quality service to our commercial clients while maintaining safety, professionalism, and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For- 3–5 years of commercial HVAC/R experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience with refrigeration and low-temp systems
- EPA Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work in commercial/industrial environments
- Professional attitude and strong communication skills
- $28-$30/hour, based on experience
