Everest Air & Plumbing is expanding into Tucson, AZ and we’re looking for skilled HVAC technicians and installers to help lead the way. We’re hiring experienced HVAC techs who can perform both service and installation work
. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in residential and light commercial systems and the ability to lead jobs independently. Some travel may be required to support installations or repairs in surrounding areas,
mainly Tuscon and Southern Arizona. We have offices in both Phoenix and Las Vegas for support, however this role will not be required to report to those offices.
- Service, diagnose, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Lead and complete new system installations with professionalism and attention to detail
- Communicate clearly with customers about the work being performed and offer solutions when needed
- Document services, installations, parts used, and system information accurately
- Ensure all work is performed safely, cleanly, and to Everest Air’s high standards
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC service and installation experience
- Experience with both residential and light commercial systems
- Ability to lead installs independently and assist with training junior techs
- A clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel as needed
- A team-first mindset with a focus on quality and customer service
- Company vehicle, iPad, and gas card
- All major tools and supplies
