Perform maintenance and repair on a wide variety of HVAC and refrigeration systems in hospital, warehouse, and large office environments;
Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, specifications, and technical instructions to install and repair equipment;
Install and service refrigeration and air conditioning systems including controls, piping, and related components;
Troubleshoot systems, diagnose problems, replace defective parts, and adjust equipment for safe operation;
Maintain logs of equipment, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules
