Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated General Laborers for projects located in or around Tucson, AZ. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $18-$28/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
* Site cleanup and material handling
* Loading, unloading, and staging construction materials
* Assisting skilled trades such as carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and sheet metal mechanics
* Demolition and debris removal
* Digging, trenching, and back filling
* Operating basic hand and power tools
* Setting up and breaking down work areas
* Moving equipment and supplies throughout the job-site
* Assisting with framing, concrete, roofing, or finish work as needed
* Following OSHA safety standards and wearing required PPE
* Performing other general construction tasks as assigned
Requirements:
* Previous construction or general labor experience preferred (not required)
* Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
* Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
* Dependable transportation
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team
