Electrical Foreman

What you ll do

• Lead and schedule a crew; assign and track daily production
• Perform layout and direct installation from contract documents
• Manage material orders, tools, and equipment on site
• Coordinate with the GC, superintendent, and other trades
• Enforce safety and quality; complete daily reports and as-builts
• Develop apprentices and journeymen on the crew

• 3+ years as a Foreman on commercial electrical projects
• Strong NEC knowledge, layout, and blueprint reading
• Scheduling and basic production-tracking ability
• Clear communication and crew-management skills
• OSHA 30; valid driver s license
• Track record of bringing jobs in on time and on budget

This is a full-time, on-site position based out of Tucson, Arizona, working on commercial projects across the state. Arizona Electrical Solutions, LLC is the direct employer — this is not a staffing-agency posting.
