Service Technician IV - Commercial HVAC

Manpower is partnering with a leading commercial mechanical services organization to hire a Service Technician IV in Tucson, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior-level HVAC professional with strong commercial service experience and advanced troubleshooting capabilities across large-scale HVAC systems, chillers, controls, and airside equipment.

The ideal candidate is a self-directed technician who can diagnose complex issues, deliver exceptional customer service, and serve as a technical resource for other technicians in the field.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment and systems.
• Service air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, rooftop units, VRF/VRV systems, water source heat pumps, AHUs, CRAC units, pumps, and piping systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and service agreement work.
• Read and interpret complex mechanical and electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Coordinate project activities and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Communicate system status, findings, and recommendations with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Provide technical support, training, and guidance to service technicians.
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, equipment, and inventory.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional service and communication.

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• EPA Certification.
• Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and service procedures.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

• Technical degree in HVAC, Mechanical Systems, or a related field.
• Experience with Siemens, Johnson Controls, Distech, or similar controls platforms.
• Previous experience mentoring or leading technicians.

• Pump configurations and components
• Chilled water systems
• Flow control devices
• Strainers and backflow devices
