About the Role
As an A&P Technician
, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of customer aircraft. Your expertise will directly contribute to maintaining operational excellence—keeping fleets airworthy and customers confident. You’ll work hands‑on with aircraft systems, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate closely with clients to deliver effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, and maintain aircraft systems and components
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on customer aircraft
- Interpret and work from mechanical engineering drawings and technical manuals
- Communicate aircraft status clearly to team members and customers
- Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and quality standards
- Maintain proper tool control and inventory of hand tools
- Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to solve complex mechanical challenges
- Adapt to varying work conditions, including outdoor environments and overtime as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license
- Minimum 2 years of experience with aircraft (fixed wing, rotary, or military)
- TN Visa candidates: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required
- Ability to interpret mechanical and engineering drawings
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ownership of a basic set of hand tools with tool accountability practices
- Ability to obtain required Ground Support Equipment qualifications
- Ability to secure a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge (if applicable)
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and in varying weather conditions
- Experience with business aircraft

Pay Details$34.00 to $45.00 per hour
