HVAC Service Technician

Manpower -  - Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment and systems.;
Service air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, rooftop units, VRF/VRV systems, water source heat pumps, AHUs, CRAC units, pumps, and piping systems.;
Perform preventative maintenance and service agreement work.;
Read and interpret complex mechanical and electrical schematics and blueprints.;
Coordinate project activities and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.;
Communicate system status, findings, and recommendations with customers and internal stakeholders.;
Provide technical support, training, and guidance to service technicians.;
Maintain service vehicle, tools, equipment, and inventory.;
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.;
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional service and communication.
