Lead maintenance and repair work on recycling equipment, heavy and light vehicles to maximize safe and productive operations;
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and PLC-based issues using diagnostic tools and manuals;
Provide coaching on diagnostic techniques to subordinate technicians and schedule repairs for the work group;
Perform preventive maintenance and replace worn components to reduce downtime;
Read and troubleshoot PLC instructions and contribute to plant monitoring and performance improvements
