Commercial Roofing Project Manager

Progressive Roofing seeks a Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to lead field crews on repair and maintenance projects for commercial and industrial clients. In this hands-on role, you'll inspect roofs, diagnose leaks, plan repairs, and ensure high-quality workmanship across multiple roofing systems. You'll coordinate daily work, enforce strict safety standards, and mentor technicians in a culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and craftsmanship.

This position offers the opportunity to work on complex, national accounts with clear pathways to grow into higher-level supervisory or project management roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial roofing service crews on repair and maintenance projects
• Inspect roofs, diagnose leaks, and determine appropriate repair solutions
• Install, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial roofing systems
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, company policies, and OSHA regulations
• Coordinate materials, tools, and daily work plans with project supervisors
• Train, mentor, and evaluate roofing technicians and helpers
• Communicate job status, issues, and recommendations to customers and management
• Document work performed, complete service reports, and ensure quality control
