Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Install and replace components such as compressors, motors, and controls
• Calibrate thermostats and verify system performance
• Communicate findings, options, and recommendations to homeowners
• Document work performed and maintain accurate service records
• Follow safety standards, codes, and Parker & Sons procedures
