Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform various types of weld preparation, welding, and weld finishing operations to manufacture products according to customer drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
  • Interpret mechanical drawings, including weld requirement symbology.
  • Execute TIG Welding and fabrication tasks with consistency and accuracy.
  • Conduct process inspections, complete required certifications, and maintain proper documentation.
  • Maintain welding equipment and ensure work areas meet safety and quality standards.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 3+ years of experience of MIG/TIG/STICK Welding.
  • Knowledge of wire and filler material applications for various steel alloys, aluminum, and select exotic materials.
  • Working knowledge of fixturing and weld setup parameters (amps, volts, etc.).
  • Ability to read wiring schematics.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high quality welds.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
