WhatWe are Looking for:
We’re seeking an
experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician
with a minimum of 3 years of hands‑on service experience in diagnostics and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of residential HVAC systems and service processes, along with strong skills in customer service and sales.
Service Technician
Work Hours:
Monday through Friday
- 40+ hours per week
- Overtime available
- Once a month on-call rotation, dispatched from home

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will:
Technical Expertise- Perform service, repair, and maintenance on residential HVAC systems.
- Assess the overall condition of systems, troubleshoot malfunctions, and determine necessary repairs.
- Provide written recommendations to improve system performance and efficiency.
- Educate customers on their HVAC systems and proper maintenance requirements.
- Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Maintain a neat and organized work area, ensuring cleanliness after each job.
- Convey a safety‐conscious attitude both on the job and while driving.
- Properly maintain the company vehicle, keeping it clean inside and out.
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- 2 + years of experience in HVAC service minimum. 4+ years preferred.
- Universal EPA Certified
- Proficient understanding of refrigerant, heat pumps, troubleshooting and installation / repair of all residential and light commercial systems
- Exceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings
- Ability to consult on customer complaints and make repair and replacement decisions
- Understand and apply all codes for residential and light commercial
- Ability to handle system startup and adjustments
- Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon
