About the RoleThe Water Restoration Sales Technician plays a vital role in helping homeowners and businesses recover after disaster strikes. This position involves managing water, fire, mold, asbestos, and board-up projects while maintaining exceptional customer communication and ensuring top-quality workmanship. We’re seeking motivated professionals with at least one year of industry experience and relevant IICRC certifications (WTR, ASD, AMRT). Responsibilities- Inspect, lead, and manage water restoration projects from start to finish
- Supervise and guide field technicians to ensure quality and efficiency
- Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and team members
- Perform water extraction, equipment setup and monitoring, arrange content handling
- Collect data, photos, and documentation for each project
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Adhere to safety standards and use proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Participate in on-call and weekend rotation schedules
- Support the Mitigation Manager with additional tasks as needed
- Must reside in Arizona, hold a valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- Proficiency with smartphones, tablets, and restoration software
- Experience with Xactimate and/or MICA is a plus but not required
- Construction or mitigation experience preferred
- IICRC certifications (WTR, ASD, AMRT) strongly preferred – training available for the right candidate
