Aircraft Maintenance Technician ; FAA A&P OR Airframe License

We are hiring Aircraft Maintenance Technicians with an A&P license for multiple direct-hire opportunities, including A&P, Sheet Metal, Avionics, and Quality Control (QC) roles. Technicians will support aircraft maintenance, inspection, repair, and modification activities in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures.

Responsibilities (Based on Role)

• Perform aircraft maintenance, inspections, repairs, and modifications
• Troubleshoot mechanical, structural, or avionics systems
• Complete removals and installations (R&I) as required
• Install, test, and troubleshoot avionics systems (Avionics roles)
• Conduct inspections and ensure regulatory compliance (QC roles)
• Accurately document work in maintenance records

Requirements

• Valid FAA A&P License (required for A&P, preferred for others)
• Aircraft maintenance experience in at least one specialty area
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings
• Familiarity with FAA regulations and quality standards
• Eligible to work in the United States

Preferred

• MRO, airline, or GA experience
• Inspection or QC background
• Avionics or sheet metal specialization
