[Underground Utility Foreman Water/Wastewater]

Tucson

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Underground Utility Foreman or equivalent field leadership role
• Experience installing water, sewer, storm drain, and force main systems
• Strong knowledge of underground utility construction methods, materials, and installation practices
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and utility layouts
• Knowledge of grades, elevations, and proper pipe installation techniques
• Experience directing and supervising field crews to meet daily production, quality, and safety goals
• Ability to coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to maintain project schedules
• Knowledge of excavation, trenching, shoring, and OSHA requirements
• Ability to identify and resolve field issues and coordinate with
• Superintendents, Project Managers, inspectors, and other project personnel
• Experience operating or working around heavy construction equipment
• Ability to conduct daily safety meetings and enforce company safety policies and procedures
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments
• Valid driver s license required
• CDL preferred
