A skilled and dependable Engineer II who will bring technical expertise and a commitment to excellence to our property operations. In this hands-on role, you'll perform skilled trade work across multiple disciplines-including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance-ensuring all systems operate safely and efficiently. From responding to maintenance requests to supporting emergency procedures, you'll play a vital role in creating a seamless guest experience and maintaining the integrity of our facilities.

• Perform skilled trade work in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance disciplines.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, guest concerns, and emergency situations.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential maintenance issues.
• Operate tools, equipment, and hazardous materials safely, following all MSDS guidelines.
• Complete required documentation and maintenance records for all work performed.
• Assist with dispatch responsibilities and support team workflow as needed.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding job status and operational concerns.
• Execute emergency response procedures in accordance with hotel standards.
• Support special event setup and minor maintenance as required.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-kept work areas and equipment.
• Adhere to hotel policies, safety standards, and environmental compliance requirements.
• Promote teamwork, safety, and hospitality in all interactions with guests and colleagues.
