HVACSERVICE TECH PAY & BENEFITS
Depending on experience and qualifications, you can earn a competitive salary of $95,000 - $180,000 per year! We're also offering a full benefits package as well as additional perks like a company-provided vehicle, gas card, and uniforms!

- 5+ years of experience in HVAC service and quality assurance
- Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic with a dependable, self-starter mentality
- Professional communication, collaboration, and customer service skills
- Solid leadership abilities
- An open mind to learning new methods, ideas, and perspectives
- Ability to work a weekend/night service rotation
- Physical ability to climb ladders, work in attics, and work in varying temperatures
- Valid driver's license

- Professionally communicating with customers and providing great customer service
- Evaluating heating and air conditioning systems to diagnose the root cause of functional issues or inefficiencies
- Presenting service options and gaining customer approval
- Accurately repairing, maintaining, and replacing components on the units
- Testing your work when finished to measure equipment functionality
