Family (Crisis) Support Coordinator
Devereux Arizona’s Community Based Services provide rapid, intensive, in‑home support following a crisis. The role works one‑to‑one with youth ages 2‑17 in homes, schools, group homes, foster care, or kinship placements. Staff maintain a caseload of 3‑5 individuals, teaching life and emotional regulation skills, behavior reduction, anger management, coping with trauma‑related behaviors, and communication techniques to help youth succeed at home, school, and in the community.
Additional duties include working with the Child/Family Team, intakes, case management, and documentation.
Pay Range: $21 – $23.10 / hr
Full‑Time
Schedule:
Tuesday – Saturday or Sunday – Thursday; ability to work afternoons/nights (as late as 8:30 pm)
Commute: Ability to commute throughout Pima County using your own vehicle (with mileage reimbursement)

- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalency; bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least four years full‑time behavioral health work experience, or a combination of education and at least two years full‑time behavioral health work experience; or an associate’s degree with at least two years full‑time behavioral health work experience; or a bachelor’s degree with at least one year full‑time behavioral health work experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age; valid Arizona driver’s license
- Drug test within 24 hrs of offer with negative result
- Pre‑employment physical and job demand assessment
- Must attend two weeks of new‑hire orientation (paid, Mon‑Fri 8:30 am–5 pm) plus 2‑3 weeks of on‑the‑job training
- Current AZ fingerprint clearance card with no restrictions, or eligibility to obtain with no restrictions
- Ability to commute throughout Pima County with own vehicle (with mileage reimbursement)
