• Bilingual ability in English and Spanish (preferred).

• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize multiple tasks, and maximize performance while remaining customer‑focused.
• A high school diploma (associate or higher preferred).
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
