• Assist individuals with disabilities in daily living activities such as hygiene, meal preparation, and personal care.
• Provide mobility support and facilitate transportation when necessary.
• Support behavioral needs and maintain a safe, respectful environment.
• Follow all applicable policies, training, and renewal requirements.

• Desire and interest in working with people with disabilities or special needs.
• At least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Verbal and written communication skills adequate for the specific job.
• Successful completion of background checks with the Arizona Central Registry and Arizona Adult Protective Services, plus Level One Fingerprint Clearance.
• Reliable transportation and, where required, a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Access to a telephone and reliable communication tools.
• Ability to meet all minimum training requirements and complete renewals as assigned.
• Required language skills beyond English if specified for the role.
• Insurance that meets the minimum requirements for personal vehicles used for transportation.
