BACKGROUND
Since 1952, Beacon Group has been creating opportunities for people with disabilities across Southern Arizona, Phoenix and beyond. As a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit, Beacon serves over 1,700 people with disabilities each year. Beacon provides job training and placement, supported and center-based employment, and day treatment programs to assist nearly two-thirds of working-age people with disabilities who do not have a job.

Providing one-to-one training and support services to a male client who will be performing outside landscaping/grounds duties. Client requires consistent supervision. Applicant must be a male due to nature of position.
- Candidate must be patient, compassionate, reliable
- Must have high school diploma or its equivalent.
- Must be able to pass all background screens and drug screen.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain fingerprint clearance card.
- Must have valid AZ driver's license and good driving record.
- Able to work effectively with staff, client and the public.
7:30am- 3:30pm M-F.
