OurCommunity Presence
We operate 2 dedicated residential houses right here in Tucson. These homes serve as the hub for our youth—safe, supportive environments where healing and growth happen every day. You'll be a key part of the team keeping these local houses vibrant and therapeutic.
Your Weekend MissionYou’ll spend your weekends (Friday afternoon through Sunday) mentoring youth ages 5–17. This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be out in the community and in residential settings, helping kids hit their goals through:
- Adventures: Leading community outings to parks, museums, and cultural events.
- Growth: Working side‑by‑side with youth on social skills and personal development.
- Safety & Support: Providing a stable, therapeutic environment where kids feel seen and heard.
- Friday: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Sunday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 21+ Years Old (for agency vehicle operation)
- 1 Year Experience in youth-focused behavioral health
- Valid AZ Driver’s License
- Clearances:
Fingerprint Card, CPR/First Aid, and TB test results - Tech
Skills:
Familiarity with Word, Excel, and Outlook
- $18.00 per hour
