Pima County seeks a Community & Workforce Specialist I to support residents seeking resources for homelessness prevention, emergency assistance, and workforce-related support. This role requires compassion and effective communication as the first point of contact for community members in crisis.
The successful candidate will provide direct services, assess needs, and connect individuals with appropriate resources. An Associate’s degree or relevant experience with Pima County is required. Knowledge of local housing resources and bilingual abilities are preferred.
