Devereux Arizona’s Community Based Services provides rapid, intensive, in‑home support after a crisis. The Family (Crisis) Support Coordinator works one‑to‑one with youth aged 2‑17 in homes, schools, group homes, foster care or kinship placements, teaching life and emotional regulation skills and supporting behavioral change.
The role requires working with the Child/Family Team, participating in intakes, performing case management, and maintaining accurate chart documentation.
