Family Support Coordinator

Devereux Arizona’s Community Based Services offer rapid, intensive in‑home support to families and at‑risk youth following a crisis.

The Coordinator works one‑to‑one with youth aged 2‑17 in various settings (home, school, group home, foster care, kinship placement). They provide life and emotional regulation skills, behavior reduction strategies, anger management, trauma‑related coping, and communication techniques to help youth succeed at home, in school, and in the community.

Other responsibilities include supporting the Child/Family Team, conducting intakes, case management, and maintaining documentation.

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalency (minimum 4 years of full‑time behavioral health work experience) or higher education with corresponding experience (associate’s degree + 2 years, bachelor’s degree + 1 year, or bachelor’s graduate degree).
• Ability to commute throughout Pima County using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursement).
• Availability for full‑time orientation and on‑call schedule.
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License and 36‑month DMV history check.
• Drug test within 24 hours of offer with negative result.
• Pre‑employment physical and job demand assessment.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions.

Pay Range: $21–$23.10 per hour.

Full‑time schedule:
Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday, with afternoons/nights up to 8:30 p.m. as needed.
