Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral health organization serving Arizona communities. The Lead Navigator role supports individuals experiencing homelessness by coordinating services, conducting outreach, and providing wrap‑around case management within a multidisciplinary team.
The Lead Navigator mentors Navigator II staff, may oversee coordinated entry, housing referrals, leasing up, and discharge tasks to help clients secure stable housing and ongoing support.
