Intermountain Centers is seeking a Criminal Justice Liaison to support members involved in the criminal justice system and those in jail. Under supervision, you will coordinate with the Pima County and State courts, the member, and the treatment Team to ensure timely follow through on community re-entry, appointment adherence and additional support during follow up appointments.
The liaison will coordinate and monitor successful compliance with mental and physical health recommendations.
