Pascua Yaqui Tribe in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Social Worker I to monitor a caseload within our social services program. You will determine benefits under regulations, perform case management, educate clients, make referrals, and track participant status.
Responsibilities include assessments, referrals, forms, client contacts, service plans, interagency coordination, crisis intervention, and progress reporting. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; valid driver's license required.
