The Southern Arizona AIDS Foundation (SAAF) seeks an AVP Housing Navigator in Tucson, AZ to link clients to housing, medical care, and supportive services. The role involves fieldwork, coordination with the AVP Team, and outreach to individuals experiencing homelessness or at risk.
You will conduct assessments, coordinate entry into rapid rehousing, and ensure clients understand tenancy rights while collaborating with partners and housing teams. Some evenings and weekends may be required.
