- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or an advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience developing and integrating software applications using C++, C#, Java, Python, or Visual Basic.
- Proficiency with integrated development environments and debugging tools.
- Experience with Windows operating system and Microsoft Visual Studio.
The Test Equipment Engineering (TEE) team within the Hardware Discipline Center supports production lines for our missile portfolio. The software team develops advanced Windows application solutions for all client products. This position focuses on design, development, integration, and maintenance of software as part of on‑site factory support for weapon system product development.
Duties- Design, develop, and integrate object‑oriented software applications using C#, C++, and Microsoft Visual Studio on Windows.
- Prioritize and handle multiple software engineering tasks concurrently.
- Troubleshoot software and test equipment instrumentation.
- Work in a multidiscipline engineering team environment.
- Develop and derive requirements for software products.
- Knowledge of computer architecture and hardware optimization techniques.
- Experience developing software drivers for hardware interfaces.
- Familiarity with hardware interfaces and data protocols such as TCP/IP or UDP.
- Knowledge of UML for visualizing software architecture and design.
- Understanding of software development life cycles (Waterfall, Agile).
- Knowledge of configuration management principles.
- Good written and interpersonal communication skills.
